Rebecca is Head of Secretariat with over nine years experience as a Company Secretary. She has extensive knowledge of listed investment trusts.
Provided company secretarial services to Supermarket Income REIT plc, since 2023. Other previous clients include Triple Point Energy Transition plc, Alternative Income REIT plc and Triple Point Venture VCT plc.
Rebecca has a degree in Law from the University of Southampton and is as Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
